For some reason this Spock reminds me of Marilyn Manson getting arrested back in the day.

Friday was my last day at Northwest. I was surprised at the number of well-wishers that shook my hand. I was startled by a Chief saying he was 'proud of me' for pursuing a degree in Acupuncture. Another came up and told me the whole story about how he committed to go to an acupuncturist once a week for his back pain, and went on about how going to his first visit was one of the best decisions he ever made.

I also know a lot of these guys feel that things are just going to get worse at Delta. Many want to get out, but feel they can't give up the 50k a year. Soon, I will post on what I have learned from my experience at the airlines, the good and the bad.

that the Muslims hated the Jews, that it was a hatred that went beyond anything the state of Israel had done to the Palestinians. They were taught this hatred at a very young age.

I would wander a lot on my own, especially in the Old City, and there I saw graffiti at the schools. There were pictures of swastikas. More popular were the images of a hawk whose talons clawed mice. And the mice were adorned with a Star of David.

I bring this up because I read these messages today. The general sentiment strikes true. I have seen the Brotherhood in Islam. I experienced the reality of it in the Egyptian desert when I was welcomed into native households. Yet I have also seen the roots of hatred in Islam, whether it be from the the 4th Sura of the Koran (directed at women), or whether it be lines from the Holy Hadith.

It goes beyond any equivalence often drawn in our society to a book like Leviticus.

I think we are hundreds of years away from any sort of reformation in Islamic lands.

On his new journal [info]ashkosis, Ash93 lauds the President Elect for making the first of his weekly broadcasts over Youtube.

I am sure Ash is a nice man, but I wonder how he can be so blind. Remember though, that as an outside observer Ash remains removed and analytical. He doesn't have a dog in this fight, and chooses to see by the unbiased light of reality. You know, like those studies he mentions that prove that all of those conservative professors are the ones largely injecting ideology into the classroom.

I've noticed that some of you have unfriended Ash, choosing not to subject yourselves to such simplicity. Not me my friends. I want to see how this progresses. What happens when someone gives up probably one of the best things to happen to him, Thelema, for a more normative view of, and postition in, the world?

That Aleister Crowley... I don't know about him. His views are way too influenced by Victorian age of which he was a product. But Barack Obama, the man's a genius.

Barack Obama will be my President. And in many ways, I want him to succeed. This post is mainly for the Republicans on my friends list. I want to share some advice with you on how to resist the Democratic rule, so that in 2 years time we can make '94 look a preamble.

Those of you who are students of history know that policies of The New Deal, while even to this day, a propaganda success, were in reality an epic failure that prolonged the Depression. Obama's promised taxes on capital gains, and tariffs on foreign goods are a recipe for economic ruin. Let us also give Reid and Pelosi the rope with which to hang themselves by the massive spending plans they have.

By subduing our passions we have a great advantage over the Left. You have probably experienced those on the Left refusing to listen to arguments from the Right. Many of my more emotional OTO friends are like this, but since I am willing to listen to them, I gain among many things - the strands of knowledge that will help defeat their arguments in the future.

I want you to read the article behind the cut and take the following suggestions to heart. Above all, do not act like the petulant children the Democrats proved themselves to be in their reception of President Bush. You will be better than them.

To continue, there was one addition to the following article worth mentioning. It was to commit to teaching the principles of the Founding Fathers to the next generation. I would add to this with an emphasis on the break with England based foremost on the rejection of government by Theft, which is almost certainly what we will be fighting under the increased taxation of an Obama Presidency.

Finally, consider buying that gun you've always wanted. We have to be vigilant in case Obama delivers with the most heinous of his proposals.

Let us hope that Obama lives for a good while. The one thing we could do without more than anything at this point is having Joe Biden as president.

And get ready for the feel-good, tele-prompter presidency. Our media will assure it.

Why do some of Pro-Abortion crowd in the OTO want those of us who are Pro-Life and into Thelema to protest abortion clinics by demonstrating in front of them?

I find such demonstrations and protests as annoying as they are ineffective.

I have said many times that those kinds of protest are a tool for those who get overemotional. They serve mostly blow off the emotional steam for those who get involved. I encourage individuals in America, who adopt the Law of Thelema, who understand the formulas used in the Mass (one of them being HRILIU), not only to delve further into the writings of Aleister Crowley, but to support candidates who will appoint judges who strictly interpret the Constitution as it is written. This is a just a bit more effective than harassing an Abortionist and his clients.

The topic of Abortion is key. It separates those whose true allegiance is to Western Liberalism from those whose allegiance is to the Beast 666.

[info]fraterseraphino has written a post which is probably best piece of commentary I have read about the debate so far. So go ahead and read the whole thing if you haven't already, including the comments.

Biden's series of lies is disturbing. Where was the Press? Where is the Press?

The most disturbing thing about this event, however, is that I observe people saying 'they don't care.' They just hate Palin, and that's that.
